What is Dynamic Physical Therapy Chicago?
We are a concierge-style physical therapy clinic located in the River North neighborhood of Chicago.
What do you treat?
We specialize in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy interventions. We treat a wide variety of conditions including: sports injuries, back and neck pain, shoulder/elbow/wrist/hand pain, hip/knee/ankle/foot pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Additionally, we can work with women pre and postpartum, vestibular conditions such as BPPV, and jaw pain due to TMJ dysfunction.
What makes you unique?
Unlike many other physical therapy practices, at Dynamic Physical Therapy you will receive one-on-one care from a licensed physical therapist for the entire duration of your session. Our private treatment rooms offer a warm, comforting environment where you can feel safe to disclose personal information about your health. Our practice model allows our physical therapists to constantly assess your condition and give you frequent, direct feedback to keep you progressing through your treatment plan efficiently.
Do you accept insurance?
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and will verify your benefits prior to your initial evaluation, so you are aware of your financial responsibility. We also offer a competitive self-pay rate of $150 per session, if we are not in-network with your insurance carrier.
Do I need a referral from a doctor?
In the state of Illinois you do not need to see a physician prior to attending physical therapy. Often times, receiving physical therapy treatment for your condition sooner, rather than later, can save you time and money in the future because you can avoid unnecessary trips to the doctor or expensive imaging procedures.
