Physical Therapy Evaluation

The initial physical therapy evaluation at our River North Chicago physical therapy clinic includes a 60-minute individualized assessment performed by a licensed physical therapist. Objective measures of muscle strength, range of motion, joint mobility, posture, movement patterns, and functional capacity are collected and used to develop an evidence-based, individualized plan of care and customized home exercise program.
