Founded in 2017 by Meredith Franczyk, Dynamic Physical Therapy Chicago was created to address the need for high-quality, personalized physical therapy care in Chicago.
We specialize in one-on-one physical therapy, ensuring every patient receives individualized attention during each visit. Treatment sessions include hands-on manual therapy, followed by targeted therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and patient education to support long-term results.

Our River North, Chicago physical therapy clinic offers a luxury, boutique treatment environment designed for comfort, privacy, and exceptional care. The space includes five private treatment suites, a dedicated massage therapy room, and 1,600 square feet of thoughtfully designed open gym space to support both rehabilitation and performance-focused training.
We utilize high-end physical therapy and strength equipment, including premium cardio machines, resistance bands, free weights, balance and stability tools, a squat rack, and a leg press machine. This curated selection allows our physical therapists to create highly individualized rehabilitation and movement programs for patients of all activity levels—from everyday wellness to advanced athletic training.
Located on the second floor with convenient elevator access, our River North clinic provides a calm, modern, and accessible setting that reflects our commitment to luxury physical therapy care in Chicago.

- How much does physical therapy cost?
- We are In-Network with BCBS, not HMO plans. The cost will vary depending on your plan. We will look up your specific plan details, and communicate that information to you prior to your first visit.Â
- For individuals who have Out-of-Network plans, we also offer a competitive self-pay rate of $200 for an initial evaluation and $175 for follow-up sessions.Â
- Do I need a referral from my doctor?
- Physical therapy is direct access in the state of Illinois, meaning you do not need a prescription from your doctor. Our therapists will refer you to a physician if any further assessments need to be done prior to initiating a course of physical therapy.
- What do I need to know for the first appointment?
- Your appointment will be one hour. Wear loose, comfortable clothing so the therapist can access the body parts related to your condition. You will receive an email with clinic paperwork and instructions for getting into the building.Â
- I've been to PT in the past without improvement, how are you different?
- Unfortunately, many physical therapy clinics are required to treat 2-3 patients per hour, which does not allow for optimal results. At Dynamic Physical Therapy Chicago, we focus on one-on-one, 60-minute sessions with a skilled physical therapist. This treatment model allows you to get undivided attention from your therapist in order to address the underlying problem, not just mask your pain. This often results in a more individualized care plan and quicker recovery times.Â
- What conditions do you treat?
- The therapists at Dynamic Physical Therapy Chicago are experts in all orthopedic conditions including shoulder, wrist, elbow, hip, knee and ankle pain. We also work with all back and neck disorders and pain and offer female pelvic floor therapy and vestibular therapy. - How can I pay with Zelle or Venmo?
- In clinic, you can scan the QR codes for Zelle or Venmo at our front desk to pay your balance. If you are not in clinic, you can submit your payment by searching our account in the respective app.Â
