What You’ll Do
- Provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy in a one-on-one setting
- Build strong relationships with patients and guide them through recovery
- Collaborate with fellow therapists on complex cases and care planning
- Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered clinic culture
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
- Passion for high-quality, individualized care
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Interest in orthopedic and active populations
- 2 plus years experience
- Pelvic Floor background a plus, but not a requirement

Also open to flexible arrangements: This role is well suited for a Physical Therapist with an existing caseload who is looking to treat patients in a boutique outpatient environment on a paid-per-patient basis. We offer the space, systems, and positive clinical environment to support this model.
