Whether sitting or standing for work, it’s important to optimize your desk and workspace to maintain efficient posture and prevent prolonged positions that may lead to neck, back, or shoulder pain over time. We can help you identify any postural changes and associated aches and pains due to your work setup. We will then create an individualized exercise program and provide education on modifying your space to address these changes to ensure a pain free workday.

Companies can also contract our therapists for on-site ergonomic workshops, including easy-to-follow handouts with workplace tips and exercise demonstrations to keep your employees feeling better at their desks.
