The best part of practicing physical therapy in a one-on-one care delivery is being afforded the time to approach exercise prescription in a very personalized manner. Exercises are selected, modified, and progressed to be as targeted, individualized and challenging as possible. Movement is coached to activate correct musculature, restore proper neuromuscular control and stability, and break patterns of reinjury. Your home exercise program is one of the most important parts of your rehabilitation and should feel effective and should be updated regularly as you progress.
