Pelvic Floor Therapy

Women's Pelvic Floor Therapy

Pelvic floor physical therapy can be used to address a wide variety of symptoms that may be affecting your daily life. The pelvic floor muscles are a group of bowl-shaped muscles in your pelvis that aid in bowel, bladder, sexual function, and more. At Dynamic Physical Therapy, our certified pelvic floor physical therapist can create and individualized plan to help you address urinary incontinence, abdominal/pelvic pain, pain with intercourse, exercise and mobility through pregnancy, and postpartum care including perineal tearing, cesarean scar management, and return to activity.
