Dynamic Physical Therapy Chicago is a boutique-style physical therapy clinic located in River North. Our owner, Meredith Franczyk, founded the company in 2017 after noticing a lack of high-quality physical therapy practices in Chicago. At Dynamic PT, we focus on one-on-one individualized care to help you achieve your goals. Each session includes hands on manual treatment, followed by targeted therapeutic exercise and education. Dynamic Physical Therapy Chicago treats all orthopedic conditions and sports injuries, as well as offering women's pelvic floor rehabilitation. We are passionate about our profession and are committed to providing exceptional, personalized care for a complete return to the activities you love most.

At Dynamic Physical Therapy, we believe in providing the highest quality of care. Your 60-minute sessions will be one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, and you will work with the same therapist throughout your entire plan of care. This treatment model allows for individualized care and continuity, helping you make faster progress. We encourage you not to settle for a mediocre experience where your therapist is working with several patients at once or handing you off to unlicensed staff for portions of your session. Our Space
Our clinic has five private treatment rooms, a massage therapy room, and 1,600 square feet of gym space. We utilize a variety of cardio machines, resistance bands, weights, balance equipment, as well as a squat rack and leg press machine. Our assortment of equipment allows us to create individualized rehabilitation programs for people of all different activity levels and athletic interests. We are located on the second floor of the building, and an elevator is available.

- How much does physical therapy cost?
- We are In-Network with BCBS and we accept Medicare. The cost will vary depending on your plan. We will look up your specific plan details, and communicate that information to you prior to your first visit.Â
- For individuals who have Out-of-Network plans, we also offer a competitive self-pay rate of $175 for an initial evaluation and $150 for follow-up sessions.Â
- Do I need a referral from my doctor?
- Physical therapy is direct access in the state of Illinois, meaning you do not need a prescription from your doctor. Our therapists will refer you to a physician if any further assessments need to be done prior to initiating a course of physical therapy.
- What do I need to know for the first appointment?
- Your appointment will be one hour. Wear loose, comfortable clothing so the therapist can access the body parts related to your condition. You will receive an email with clinic paperwork and instructions for getting into the building.Â
- I've been to PT in the past without improvement, how are you different?
- Unfortunately, many physical therapy clinics are required to treat 2-3 patients per hour, which does not allow for optimal results. At Dynamic Physical Therapy Chicago, we focus on one-on-one, 60-minute sessions with a skilled physical therapist. This treatment model allows you to get undivided attention from your therapist in order to address the underlying problem, not just mask your pain. This often results in a more individualized care plan and quicker recovery times.Â
- What conditions do you treat?
- The therapists at Dynamic Physical Therapy Chicago are experts in all orthopedic conditions including shoulder, wrist, elbow, hip, knee and ankle pain. We also work with all back and neck disorders and pain and offer female pelvic floor therapy. Please see our 'What We Treat' tab for more detailed information regarding each condition.Â
- How can I pay with Zelle or Venmo?
- In clinic, you can scan the QR codes for Zelle or Venmo at our front desk to pay your balance. If you are not in clinic, you can submit your payment by searching our account in the respective app.Â
